To succeed, be stubborn in your desire but flexible in your means

without comments

I think to succeed in web business, you need to be stubborn in your desire.  Under no circumstances should you give up on achieving your goal.   However, you also need to be flexible in your means.   Although you have a game plan, you need to recognize when things go awry, and devise alternatives on the fly.

So to succeed, you need to be stubborn and flexible at the same time.  Let your flexibility back up your stubbornness.

Pay people to abandon their dreams

without comments

For people who’s dreams and work are incongruous , pay them well at work and they will abandon their dreams.   These same people talk a lot, but they’ll never act.   They’re sell-outs.

I know a lot of people who are comfortable with their big salaries.   Despite their frequent talks of starting a business or chasing their dreams, I know they’ll never sacrifice their comfy jobs for it.  They’re not fooling anyone but themselves.
